Frequently
Asked Questions

What is Yumeiho Therapy?

Yumeiho is a Japanese bodywork method that combines massage, joint adjustment, and postural correction to restore balance and natural alignment in the body.

Each session starts with a short talk about your condition and needs. Then, through specific hands-on techniques, stretching, and realignment, your body is guided back to balance.

Please come in comfortable clothes that allow easy movement — like yoga or sportswear.

A full session usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your condition.

Not at all. Some techniques may feel intense, but the goal is always relaxation and balance — most people feel lighter and more energized afterward.

It depends on your needs. Some clients feel great after one session, while others choose regular visits for long-term balance and prevention.
